Shipping

IMPORTANT: Please check your shipping address during checkout as we are not responsible if the package is sent to a wrong or undeliverable address. Re-shipping charge is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All orders will be packed in padded envelopes, plain brown boxes or USPS packaging without any indication of the content. The tracking number will be emailed when your order is shipped. Please check the transit time and estimated delivery date on the carrier's website.

Processing time is within 1 - 2 business days with the exception of weekends and holidays. Orders are processed from Monday thru Friday.

We are proud to ship our products to APO/FPO addresses.

International orders are shipped using US Postal Service. Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.

Returns

We cannot accept returns of used, opened and non-defective products due to health concerns including batteries, pills, condoms, lubricants and toy cleaners. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We only accept returns of unopened, unused and items with manufacturing defects in its original (factory) packaging.

Unopened items (change of mind) are subject to 20% restocking fee and actual shipping cost on free shipping items.

 

• Defective items will be replaced with the same product.
• Please contact us for a RMA# which is required to facilitate in the return process or will be refused by our warehouse.
  
  Postage on returns for both unopened and defective items is the responsibility of the customer. We will be responsible for the shipping on the replacement.
